Flame Health Associates LLP is seeking an established Hearing Aid Audiologist to manage two clinics in Richmond and Twickenham. You will perform advanced diagnostics, guide customers through the hearingcare journey, and recommend solutions from a full product range.

Qualifications

Holder of a BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification and HCPC registered.
At least two years post-qualification experience.
Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer-focused hearing care and complete advanced diagnostic assessments.
Guide customers through their full hearingcare journey and recommend suitable solutions from the product portfolio.
Own clinic performance and customer outcomes across two locations, with supportive admin and operational backing.
Maintain modern clinic facilities and flexible diary management for personalised consultations, including some evenings and weekends.
