Flame Health Audiology have been instructed to recruit an established Hearing Aid Audiologist for a full-time, onsite position in West Thurrock, with a salary of circa £40,000 depending on experience.

This opportunity suits an experienced clinician seeking greater clinical autonomy, responsibility for clinic performance and access to contemporary hearing technology.

About the Job

As Hearing Aid Audiologist, you will take ownership of the clinic, customer outcomes and day-to-day performance. You will provide customer-focused hearing care, complete advanced diagnostic assessments, guide customers throughout their hearing care journey and recommend suitable solutions from the full product portfolio.

You will work in a modern, well-equipped clinic with structured diaries, personalised consultation time and operational and administrative support. The role also involves building lasting customer relationships and representing our client professionally.

Some flexibility may be required to work evenings and weekends in response to customer demand.

The position offers ongoing continuing professional development, clinical development and exposure to new technology and innovation. Longer-term progression may include senior, lead or mentoring roles, as well as multi-site or regional opportunities.

You will hold a BSc in Audiology or an equivalent qualification and be registered with the HCPC.

At least two years’ post-qualification experience is required, alongside strong clinical audit results and compliance with continuing professional development requirements.
