Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Hardware & Firmware Engineer to lead the development and design of embedded systems, and to drive technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise embedded systems from concept to production.
• Lead a small team and oversee PCB design, testing, and compliance.
• Implement hardware verification and product lifecycle improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance.

Requirements include experience with MCU-based digital electronics & PCB design, strong embedded C skills, and familiarity with SPI, I2C, UART, USB. Leadership experience managing projects or teams is essential, along with a Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
