Job summary

Gymfinitykids is seeking a Head Coach to lead our gymnastics, parkour and preschool programmes at Litherland High School in Liverpool. You will develop a high-performing coaching team and deliver engaging, high–quality sessions on the gym floor.

You will also manage timetables, safety audits, and coach development while building strong relationships with parents and members to support membership growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• BG/UK Level 2 or GK Advanced Coach required.
• Experience in gymnastics, parkour, or similar.
• Natural leader who motivates and develops others.
• Confident communicator with strong customer focus.
• Proactive, organised, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire a team of coaches.
• Deliver high-quality sessions and set the standard on the gym floor.
• Manage timetables, staffing, and programme delivery.
• Be the go-to person for parents and members.
• Oversee coach development, audits, and training.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and equipment checks.
• Support membership growth through events and community outreach.
