Job summary

Gymfinity Kids in Warrington is seeking part-time coaches to deliver Gymnastics and Ninja activities, supporting customers to reach their goals in a fun, safe environment. You will have coaching experience, a passion for developing children, excellent customer service, and the confidence to lead groups and liaise with parents.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coaching, including qualifications.
• Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.
• A passion for working with and developing children.
• Confidence leading small and large groups.
• Confidence liaising with parents and members.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be ambassador for policies and safety standards.
• Plan and develop Gymnastics and Ninja activities to help customers reach goals.
• Communicate with parents and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Work as part of a team, providing guidance and support to all team members.
• Identify training needs and development for yourself or the team.
• Model excellent customer service for members and prospects.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities for a great customer experience.
• Attend regular staff meetings.
• Contribute to a positive environment and business success.
• Undertake other duties and attend meetings as required.
