Job summary

Gymfinity Kids is recruiting a Head Coach for Kirkby High School in Liverpool to lead gymnastics, ninja, and pre-school programmes and build a high-performing coaching team.

You will deliver outstanding sessions, mentor coaches, and create an exceptional experience for children and parents, while managing programmes, safeties, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• BG/UK Level 2 or Gymfinity Kids Advanced Coach qualification is required.
• Experience in gymnastics, parkour, or similar activities is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire a team of coaches.
• Deliver high-quality sessions and set the standard on the gym floor.
• Manage timetables, staffing, and programme delivery.
• Be the go-to person for parents and members.
• Oversee coach development, audits, and training.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and equipment checks.
• Support membership growth through events and community outreach.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the gym floor - delivering outstanding sessions, mentoring coaches, and creating an exceptional experience for every child and parent.

Safeguarding Requirement:Due to the safeguarding responsibilities of this position, applicants must be18 years of age or older.
