MorePeople is partnering with a long-standing family-run horticultural business to appoint a Production Lead Grower who will support the Nursery Operations Manager across propagation, potting and crop production.

You will lead propagation and potting teams, manage plant health, plan production schedules, oversee machinery setup, and contribute to pest management while upholding high standards across the nursery.

Qualifications

  • Commercial growing experience in horticulture.
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong plant health and irrigation knowledge.
  • PA1/PA6 spraying certificates.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Practical machinery and problem-solving ability.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.

We're working with a long-standing, family-run horticultural business looking to appoint a Production Lead Grower to support their Nursery Operations Manager across propagation, potting and crop production.
