Job summary

Morepeople 01780 in North London is seeking a Production Lead Grower to join a long-standing family-run horticultural business. You will support the Nursery Operations Manager across propagation, potting and crop production, taking ownership of day-to-day running and team performance.

You will lead propagation and potting teams, maintain plant health, plan production schedules and ensure quality. The role requires PA1/PA6 certificates and practical machinery know-how, with a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Commercial growing experience within horticulture.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong plant health and irrigation knowledge.
