Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Groundworks Supervisor to lead on-site activities at High Marnham Site, Fledborough Road, NG22 0FX. You will supervise groundworks, coordinate operatives, monitor drainage, excavation, concreting and finishing works, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements while liaising with site management and subcontractors.

The role is in-person, pays £22.00 per hour, and requires a valid CSCS Card plus EUSR Level 1 and 2; strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Previous Groundworks Supervisory experience.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• EUSR Level 1 and EUSR Level 2 (Essential).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise groundworks activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely and to programme.
• Coordinate operatives and monitor quality standards.
• Oversee drainage, excavation, concreting and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with company and client health and safety requirements.
• Complete site records and reports as required.
• Liaise with site management and subcontractors.
