Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a small grounds maintenance team in Stirling, Falkirk & Clackmannanshire. You will oversee grass cutting (ride-on & pedestrian), strimming, hedge and border maintenance, and litter picking while ensuring work is completed to high standards.

Applicants should be physically fit, have a full UK driving licence (PA1/PA6 advantageous), and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Grounds Maintenance, with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience in Grounds Maintenance, 3 years preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required; PA1/PA6 are advantages.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small Grounds Maintenance team.
• Perform tasks including grass cutting (ride-on and pedestrian), strimming, shrub and border maintenance, hedge cutting, litter picking.
• Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard with attention to detail and safety.
• Operate ride-on mowers and equipment as needed.
