Job summary

Spectrum Community Health CIC is seeking a Lead GP to join our on-site primary care team at HMP Haverigg. The role involves clinical leadership, delivering blended primary care and complex case planning as part of an MDT in a secure environment.

This substantive post may be full-time or part-time, with NHS pension and retention incentives including a £1500 retention payment for new joiners, and flexible working arrangements to match service needs.

Qualifications

• Lead GP with strong primary care experience and a passion for healthcare innovation.
• Ability to provide clinical leadership within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Willingness to work in a secure, prison healthcare setting and adopt a digitally enabled model.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical care as Lead GP within a MDT.
• Oversee development and delivery of GP services on site.
• Support Head of Healthcare and North West Regional Lead GP in service delivery.
