The Opportunity: As a Lead, Global Strategic Pricing Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the development, embedding, and execution of strategic, innovative, value-enhancing price solutions across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Astellas’ pricing capability through the implementation of industry-leading approaches to protect Astellas products’ net price and related commercial pricing strategies within Astellas' global markets.
  • Support Brand Teams in the development, embedding, and execution of innovative, value-enhancing price strategies across the portfolio to address relevant payer uncertainties and challenges identified.
  • Develop innovative pricing strategies into viable solutions that are applicable in the marketplace through close collaboration with various global and affiliate stakeholders.
  • Manage the internal governance for the development and implementation of novel pricing schemes.
  • Support training and skill development for the global and affiliate market access/pricing teams around the concepts of innovative pricing solutions.
  • Essential Knowledge & Experience:
  • Global experience in Market Access and Pricing either in a major pharma company or consultancy.
  • English professional level in speaking and writing.
  • Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
  • Post-graduate qualification such as an MBA and/or MSc or equivalent.
  • Education/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Additional information:
  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • This position is based in the United Kingdom.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our Addlestone, United Kingdom office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
