JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the Network Services team to design, build, and optimize scalable infrastructure platforms for global operations.

Responsibilities include leading requirements capture, producing designs, and governing design reviews while mentoring engineers and collaborating with telecom providers. This role emphasizes resilience, security, and performance in a multinational setting.

Qualificações

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP networking and compute.
• Deep knowledge of networking technologies (Layers 0-3) incl. DWDM, IP-VPN, Ethernet, DIA.
• Experience in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa telecom markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure design and validation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements capture with business and technology stakeholders; translate connectivity needs into defined solution requirements.
• Develop end-to-end connectivity designs aligned to architectural patterns and reference architectures.
• Own the full tender and bid lifecycle for telecom connectivity solutions, including vendor evaluation and rationale.
• Embed resilience and operational risk controls into designs and ensure robust demarcation and escalation models.
• Lead design reviews and architecture governance; manage design exceptions with risk acceptance.
