Job summary

Brambles is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to shape and govern our data architecture across Manchester, London, Poland or Prague. You will define target models, oversee data standards and roadmaps, and partner with business and IT teams to enable trusted data for decision making.

You will lead data governance, master data, metadata and lineage initiatives, and ensure alignment with enterprise policies while guiding critical programmes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise data architecture within a complex global organisation.
• Ability to translate business data challenges into architectural designs.
• Experience with data governance, metadata and data lineage.
• Experience in TOGAF framework and enterprise architecture practices.
• Strong communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Define standards for master data, reference data and shared assets.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to address data quality issues.
• Identify data risks and control weaknesses in source systems and data movement.
• Ensure consistent understanding of key data entities across the enterprise.
• Drive Brambles Data Architecture development with the business.
• Document the As-Is data landscape and propose mitigations.
• Communicate data architecture standards and information models.
• Set priorities aligned with business goals and viability.
• Research options and propose architectures using new technologies.
• Deliver architecture designs across integrated technologies and platforms.
