WSP is seeking a Lead GIS Consultant to drive multi-disciplinary geospatial projects across Water, Energy, Earth, and Environment. You will lead the GIS delivery, guide the team, and shape innovative GIS solutions that unlock client value.

You will mentor staff, develop governance, and contribute to proposals while advancing geospatial capabilities across the business. This role offers hybrid working and global opportunities.

Formación

• In-depth GIS principles and data management across sectors.
• Experience designing and deploying Esri Enterprise solutions (ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise/Online).
• Proficiency with Esri web apps and dashboards.
• Ability to automate workflows with FME and publish to FME Flow.
• Experience integrating Microsoft business apps (PowerApps) with geospatial services.
• Proficiency in one programming language (Python/JavaScript/SQL/R).
• Experience using Microsoft Azure for cloud-based GIS solutions.
• Experience bidding and developing GIS inputs for proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership of the GIS team, setting direction and performance.
• Lead GIS on major projects with focus on DCOs and EIAs.
• Drive digital transformation with client-focused geospatial solutions.
• Manage programmes and resources to meet standards, scope and budget.
• Prepare proposals and bids to support business development.
• Develop and mentor a technical team focused on quality and service delivery.
• Develop efficient working practices for best-value client services.
• Drive innovation and demonstrate technical leadership in GIS solutions.
• Occasional travel to other offices for meetings.
