Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with practical experience in complex software frameworks.
• Strong understanding of architectural and design principles.
• Extensive software engineering experience across Java and TypeScript.
• Experience with the React framework.
• Experience with data-intensive systems.
• Experience with data analytics and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering skills to design and deliver complex full-stack solutions.
• Communicate designs clearly to stakeholders.
• Foster quality culture with code reviews and robust testing.
• Own product roadmaps for Infinity and Analytics with customers.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and translate to roadmaps.
• Develop innovative features by combining customer needs with ideas.
• Set standards for GenOne application development across the business.
• Plan work, manage risks, and deliver features.
• Mentor and manage engineers; conduct 1:1s and reviews.
• Lead by example and promote collaboration.
