Gravesham Borough Council is seeking a Lead Forms Developer at the Civic Centre, Gravesend, to design and maintain digital forms and content for the council website. You will help modernise online services and ensure accessibility and usability for residents.
You will work with the Granicus Customer Experience Platform and a CMS, test user journeys, publish accessible content, and collaborate with internal teams to improve online services.

As a Lead Forms Developer, your role is to develop and maintaindigital forms and create content for our council website.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with working knowledge of front-end development frameworks such as HTML.
The successful candidate will possess experience of working in a Customer Experience Platform andContent Management System (CMS)to create, update and maintain digital content.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to think strategically and logically.

Experience of creating and developing online forms will be required. Working knowledge of front-end development frameworks such as HTML.
Proven experience of understanding user needs for web content, tools and transactional services, especially those with complex user journeys.
Understand The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018, and the development techniques required to comply with the legislation.
