Lead - Footwear Development Process Engineer

This is your opportunity to become part of the world's fastest-growing sports company. As the lead of engineering and commercialization, you will make an impact from day one by managing product quality and production process control with our manufacturing partners for the next level of On’s products. You will be responsible for all technical aspects of shoemaking, working closely with our development and commercialization teams to ensure our products meet standards of manufacturability, product integrity, consistency, quality, and productivity.

Your Mission

• Drive improvement and standardization of development and commercialization processes, and create SOPs in close collaboration with all factory-based developers and engineers.
• Support the operations team to onboard new developers and engineers to master the On standard processes.
• Lead PLM projects, system improvements, and applications within the sourcing and costing organization.
• Lead projects to increase development and engineering efficiency, and shorten product creation and commercialization lead times.
• Live and share our commitment to sustainability, product integrity, and quality, and drive initiatives that set On Running apart from other brands.

Your Story

• 7-10 years of experience in footwear engineering, with a strong attention to detail, function, and quality.
• Highly attentive to detail, function, and quality.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
