Formación

• Essential: enthusiastic about football and working with young people.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Experience coaching children in group settings.
• Reliable, professional and positive attitude.
• Desirable: FA Level 1 or above coaching qualification.
• Desirable: experience in youth development or academy environments.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, deliver and lead dynamic football coaching sessions for players aged U7-U16.
• Create a positive, fun and challenging learning environment that focuses on technique, game understanding and player development.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, participation and enjoyment at all times.
• Provide constructive feedback to players and engage effectively with parents.
• Support the development of session plans, themes and coaching content with other coaches.
• Maintain a safe coaching environment and adhere to safeguarding policies.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and professional Lead Football Coach to join our team and help deliver engaging, high-standard training sessions at our development centres. You will lead sessions, support player growth, and contribute to a positive coaching culture that reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and lead dynamic football coaching sessions for players aged U7-U16.
• Create a positive, fun and challenging learning environment that focuses on technique, game understanding and player development.

Person Specification
