Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of engineers in an agile environment
2. Architect and build scalable features in a Flutter codebase
3. Integrate AI-powered features into the platform
4. Make technical decisions and collaborate with product and design teams
5. Optimize booking, scheduling, and payment workflows for performance and UX
6. Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices and reviews
7. Contribute hands-on to development efforts as a lead

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in mobile development
