• Lead and mentor a team of Engineers in an agile environment
• Architect and develop scalable features in Flutter

• Optimize booking, scheduling, and payment workflows for performance and UX
• Maintain code quality, scalability, and performance through reviews and best practices
• Contribute directly to development efforts as a hands-on lead

What you’ll bring:
