Job summary

Skills Alliance is seeking an experienced Flavourist to lead development of flavours for sweet foods and beverages, collaborating with customers, R&D, and production teams. You will drive projects from concept through scale-up, leveraging strong sensory evaluation and analytical skills.

You will contribute to regulatory compliance, library management, and continuous improvement, while mentoring junior staff and exploring new ingredients and technologies to meet market demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• 7+ years hands-on flavour creation and development experience or certification.
• Strong background in flavour chemistry and sensory science.
• Experience developing flavours for sweet food and beverage applications.
• Excellent sensory evaluation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop flavour formulations aligned with customer requirements.
• Lead flavour development projects from concept to completion.
• Explore new ingredients and technologies for flavour creation.
• Create innovative flavours for sweet food and beverage applications.
• Present technical flavour solutions to customers and participate in meetings and workshops.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
