You will handle high-risk assessments, guide junior assessors, and work within a robust technical validation framework, with time allocated for CPD and professional development.

Qualifications

• Level 4/5 Fire Risk Assessor qualification or Tier 3 equivalent.
• Ability to mentor junior assessors and work within a technical oversight framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex risk assessments on residential and commercial buildings.
• Produce defensible, evidence-based reports.
• Mentor junior assessors and support CPD.
