Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager to lead large-scale Oracle finance engagements across London, Manchester and Edinburgh. You will own the Oracle finance solution from design to delivery, manage senior stakeholders, and grow accounts with a focus on AI-enabled, platform-led transformation.

You bring deep Oracle Cloud ERP Financials experience, solid EPM knowledge (EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS) and a proven track record delivering multi-pillar programmes with strong

Qualifications

• Oracle finance expertise across ERP and EPM suites.
• Depth in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, FCCS/PCMCS and EDMCS.
• Ability to lead end-to-end Oracle finance transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Oracle finance solution and integration architecture.
• Act as finance design authority, guiding fit-to-standard and deployment.
• Lead client workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and coach the team.
• Grow accounts and shape propositions to expand Oracle finance work.
• Support AI-enabled delivery and Oracle Fusion AI/agents experience is a plus.
• Drive delivery with an AI-first mindset and structured governance.
