Job Opportunity: Lead Field Engineer

Lorien's leading banking client is seeking an experienced Lead Field Engineer with expertise in leading teams, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with Power Platform. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential extension or permanent placement.

Location: London

Contract Details: Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Work Model: Hybrid, 1-2 days on-site per week

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Software Engineers within the EE CRM/Low Code CoE.
2. Oversee the rapid delivery of high-quality software that adds business value and complies with bank standards, patterns, and guardrails.
3. Manage engineer supply in accordance with budget and headcount constraints.
4. Liaise with business stakeholders, principal engineers, and architects to shape and successfully deliver projects.
5. Collaborate with Principal Engineers to understand and support wider platform, domain, and enterprise agendas.
