Job summary

Caritas Recruitment seeks an experienced Advanced Practitioner for its Family Assessment and Support team in Lincolnshire. The role leads complex case work, mentors social workers, and ensures practice meets safety and effectiveness standards.

You will guide teams, assess family needs, and coordinate with external agencies to deliver holistic support. Essential qualifications include a social work degree, Social Work England registration, and substantial post-qualification experience in children

Qualifications

• Recognized social work qualification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of family needs and risks, developing tailored support plans.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to less experienced social workers, fostering development and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies for holistic family support.
• Maintain accurate case records in line with local authority policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance service delivery and team performance.
