Job summary

Caritas Recruitment is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join the Children’s Assessment Team in Lincolnshire. You will work with families, schools and other agencies to ensure the safety and well‑being of children, delivering high‑quality assessments and targeted interventions to support children in need.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, maintain accurate records and participate in regular supervision and training to support your professional

Qualifications

• Recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in children’s social work, especially assessment and intervention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures related to child welfare.
