Qualifications

• Significant relevant experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of BS/EN and international standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium scale facade projects.
• Develop and communicate design solutions.
• Review compliance of design deliverables with industry standards.

Leading projects during RIBA Design Stages

Communication skills with Architects, Clients, and Contractors

Sketching skills

2D and 3D CAD software competence

Understanding thermal performance principles

Structural mechanics principles knowledge

Knowledge of materials and installation techniques

Report writing skills

Ability to handle design changes

Education

Relevant degree in Facade Engineering, Architecture, or similar

Relevant postgraduate degree preferred
