University of Law in Manchester seeks Head Exam Invigilators to supervise and coordinate examination days on an ad-hoc basis. You will lead a team of invigilators, ensure duties are carried out, and report absences to the Assessments Office.

Role requires strong English communication, reliability, and prior invigilation experience. The position offers hourly pay and travel reimbursement where applicable, with no guaranteed hours.

• A good command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience of invigilating exams is required with the Head Invigilator position.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and supervise the examinations.
• Be responsible for the Exam Invigilators, ensuring they have reported for duty and signed in. It is the Head Invigilator's responsibility to report any absences to the Assessments Office.
• Assign roles to the Exam Invigilators and ensure all Invigilators are carrying out their assigned work throughout the day.
• Ensure guidelines and procedures are followed and all relevant administrative tasks are carried out during the examinations, including recording student attendance and scanning of scripts.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of examination papers.
• Report directly to the Assessments Office.
