Wayman Education is partnering with a secondary school in Oldham to recruit reliable exam invigilators. You will supervise pupils during examinations, manage seating, and ensure compliance with examination regulations to maintain a calm and secure testing environment.

This full-time, permanent position requires punctuality, attention to detail, and good communication. You may work during mocks and peak examination periods, with training provided and a supportive team overseeing the exams process.

Qualifications

• Reliability, punctuality and confidence supervising groups of pupils.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow examination regulations.
• Good communication skills, discretion and ability to remain focused for extended periods.
• Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding within a school environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise pupils during examinations and ensure procedures are followed.
• Prepare examination rooms and check seating arrangements.
• Distribute papers and give clear instructions before exams.
• Maintain a quiet, controlled environment and report concerns to the Exams Officer.
• Collect examination papers at the end of sessions and secure materials.
• Support setup and organisation of examination rooms during busy periods.
