Job summary

Twyfordacademies is seeking a Lead Invigilator for Access Arrangements on a term-time, variable-hours basis. The role involves coordinating invigilators, preparing access arrangements with the Exams Officer, and ensuring JCQ-compliant supervision during exams and internal assessments.

Successful candidates will undergo a 2-hour training session and DBS checks. Availability during peak exam periods is essential.

Qualifications

• Coordinate assigned invigilators during exam periods.
• Ensure invigilators are deployed effectively and students are supported in line with JCQ regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate invigilators during internal assessments and public exams.
• Work with Exams Officer to prepare access arrangements ahead of assessment weeks.
• Oversee access arrangements during assessment weeks and exams and communicate with Learning Inclusion Department and senior leaders.
• Attend required training sessions with Exams Officer and Learning Inclusion Department.
