Job summary

Larkmead School is seeking a part-time invigilator to supervise internal and external exams under the Examinations Manager. Sessions may be mornings or afternoons, with start times around 08:00 or 12:30; training in examination procedures and safeguarding is provided.

The successful candidate will work under JCQ rules, cover mock exams, and must have good availability across the exam seasons from November to June. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Good rapport with young people.
• Observant and attentive to detail.
• Ability to supervise and manage exam environments across sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running internal and external exams
• Invigilate exams to JCQ regulations
• Work under the direction of the Examinations Manager
• Cover mock internal exams across the exam seasons
• Supervise morning and/or afternoon exam sessions
