Job summary

Hampshire County Council is seeking an Environmental Lead Instructor to head the environmental learning provision at Runways End Outdoor Centre in Aldershot. The role leads development of innovative, carbon‑neutral environmental education programmes and supports staff through training and mentoring, while bringing a blended learning platform to life.

• Inspirational educator with a background in environmental studies and experience delivering high‑quality learning experiences.
• Experience in outdoor education is desirable but not essential.
• Passionate about outdoor and environmental education and committed to inspiring children and young people to connect with and care for the natural world.
