As Lead, Enterprise Project Management, you will manage a team that owns enterprise customer onboarding at Global Relay, a leader in the FinTech and RegTech space. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Services, you will lead, build, and train a team of Enterprise Project Managers in a high-growth enterprise environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the Enterprise Project Management team reaches management-set goals and work cross-functionally with Global Relay teams to drive customer solutions. In this role, you’ll lead a talented global team, balancing top-quality customer service, optimization of workflows, and manage recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and career progression. This is a dynamic role for someone with excellent people and communication skills, who can quickly grasp technical concepts and confidently collaborate with teams across Global Relay.
