Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding ability.
• Experience leading, supervising or mentoring engineering teams.
• Experience with planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and coordinate engineering activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day engineering function on site.
• Ensure maximum equipment reliability and maintenance delivery.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team.
• Drive continuous improvement and engineering standards.
