Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to drive modern digital workplace identity and M365 transformation. You will define a global, user-centric strategy, oversee design and integration of workspace identity services, and mentor Identity engineers across the organization.

You will track KPIs, report ROI to stakeholders, and lead change management including training and user adoption. Strong Agile and Zero Trust expertise are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, facilitation, and negotiation.
Deep knowledge of workspace identity systems in a global enterprise.
Experience managing and mentoring teams.
Experience driving change in complex environments and managing dependencies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Deep understanding of directory services, Entra ID/PIM, Conditional Access, MFA, identity lifecycle, Managed Identities, Enterprise Applications, and Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of Zero Trust identity solutions, including Conditional Access, Passwordless, and Windows Hello.
Experience with SAML configuration, claims, attribute mappings, and identity federation.
Understanding of API integrations and governance within M365/Azure.
Understanding of Entra MFA and authentication methods including OTP, Passwordless, Tokens, and FIDO.
Azure DevOps experience or usage of automation platforms preferred.
Understanding of modern device management and user experience management fundamentals, including M365 suite and Intune, preferred.
Degree or professional qualifications preferred.
Agile certification, such as BCS Foundation in Agile, preferred.

Mentor Identity engineers and Operations team members and foster learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.
