At Platform Property Care, we're looking for a Lead Engineer – Carpentry to join our team in Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi skilled Carpenter to combine hands-on trade expertise supporting colleagues, driving quality standards and helping improve our service delivery.
Acting as the subject matter expert for carpentry, you'll spend around 70-80% of your time delivering repairs and maintenance work, while dedicating the remainder to coaching colleagues, assessing competence, supporting apprentices, and promoting best practice across our Property Care teams.
You'll be ensuring our customers' homes are maintained and repaired to a high standard while also helping to drive consistency, quality, and best practice across our Property Care teams.
