The Impact You’ll Make

• Own technical delivery – lead projects from contract award to hand-over, coordinate multi-discipline teams, and ensure quality.
• Be the client’s go-to engineer – run design reviews, manage risks, and translate requirements into deliverables.
• Advance our standards – develop design guides, templates, workflows, and champion new tech like AI, automation, and scripting.
• Mentor & inspire – coach engineers and foster a supportive, learning environment.
• Drive improvement – identify efficiency gains and incorporate lessons learned into our platform.
• Drive the vision – shape our engineering culture and business trajectory.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree-qualified engineer (mechanical, structural, or related) with ~5 years’ experience in design & project leadership.
• Proven track record delivering bespoke, high-value equipment in relevant sectors.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in distributed teams.
• Curiosity for new technology and digital tools, including light coding.
• UK or EU work rights with ability to overlap ≥ 3 hrs with UK hours.
