Origin Legal, a respected regional law firm in the South Midlands, is seeking a senior Employment lawyer to lead the growth of its Employment team. The role offers a genuine leadership opportunity with a strong flow of quality work and a chance to shape the future direction of the practice.

You will oversee a small but growing team, take on contentious and non-contentious matters, and work with a diverse client base, from SMEs to larger organisations.

A highly regarded regional law firm in the South Midlands is looking for an ambitious senior Employment lawyer to take the lead on the next stage of growth of its Employment team.

A client following is not essential — the work is already there. Of course, bringing additional clients would be welcomed, but the key requirement is exceptional technical ability, commercial judgement and the drive to grow a successful practice.

The role offers a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including Employment Tribunal matters. Advocacy experience would be a bonus, but it is not a requirement.
