Job summary

DTC, a Codan Company, is a leading provider of advanced communications technology for defence, security, and mission-critical operations. The Software Engineering Team Lead will guide a team to deliver reliable SDR software, combining hands-on coding with delivery ownership and mentoring.

You will work closely with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure design decisions, architecture, and practices meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of software delivery in embedded environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C/C++ and embedded toolchains.
• Ability to translate requirements into maintainable software architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality SDR software.
• Own delivery from planning through release with mentoring.
