Job summary

Qualifications

• Embedded software experience in automotive or safety-critical domains.
• Proven track record leading software teams.
• Strong knowledge of embedded architecture and real-time software.
• Experience with verification and validation (unit/integration/system tests).
• Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA C and functional safety.

You will take technical leadership of embedded software development across BSW and application layers, helping to define architecture and deliver robust, high-performance software for electric drive technologies from concept through to production.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the software development team, introducing and upholding a robust ASPICE environment
• Define software tools, methods, and processes
• Lead technical decisions on design, architecture ,and ASPICE-aligned development

Requirements:

• Strong experience in embedded software development for electric drive, automotive or safety-critical systems.
• Proven ability to lead software teams and deliver complex embedded projects in a structured environment.
• Strong understanding of embedded architecture, real-time systems and control software integration.
• Experience with software verification and validation including unit, integration and system-level testing.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASPICE, MISRA C and functional safety principles.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with motor control, inverter or power electronics software integration.
• Knowledge of model-based development, CI/CD, automated testing and configuration management.
• Experience working closely with hardware and controls teams in electrification or automotive systems.
