Job summary

Arthur Rose Recruitment Ltd is seeking a senior electronics engineer to lead end-to-end projects, spanning hardware, firmware, and embedded systems. You will own designs from concept to delivery and customer integration, mentoring junior engineers and interfacing with clients to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

You will work with a collaborative team while maintaining autonomous leadership on projects, making technical decisions, and driving risk assessments and planning.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on electronics experience across hardware and firmware.
• Confident working with high voltages, power systems, and risk-sensitive environments.
• Able to balance multiple complex projects with real-world constraints.
• Excellent communicator- comfortable talking tech with engineers or project goals with clients.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end electronics projects: hardware, firmware, embedded systems, and control.
• Taking ownership of designs from concept through to delivery and customer integration.
• Mentoring junior engineers and apprentices, helping shape the next generation of talent.
• Interfacing directly with customers to gather requirements and troubleshoot in the real world.
• Driving technical decisions, risk assessments, and project planning.
