Job summary

City Facilities Management in Glasgow is seeking an Electrician Supervisor to lead Solar PV and Battery Storage installations on site. You will oversee installation teams, ensure compliance with electrical regs, and maintain safety and quality standards while supporting our renewable energy capabilities.

The role offers a full-time on-site position with a clear progression path within a growing national renewables business.

Qualifications

Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
Experience supervising electrical installation projects.
Knowledge of electrical regulations and safe working practices.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable: Solar PV installation experience.
Desirable: Battery Storage installation experience.
Desirable: Inspection and Testing qualifications.
Desirable: Previous experience leading renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

Supervising Solar PV and Battery Storage installation projects.
Leading and supporting installation teams on-site.
Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations, health and safety standards and company procedures.
Carrying out inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
Providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and technicians.
Supporting project planning and delivery to programme.
Maintaining excellent customer service standards.
