Job summary

WPS - London seeks an experienced Lead Resident Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our Facilities Management team for a prestigious London site on behalf of JLL. You will lead the day-to-day electrical operations, ensure compliance, and drive service excellence with strong client engagement.

You will manage planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain accurate records using CAFM systems, while upholding safety and regulatory standards on site.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering background with on-site facilities management experience.
• Proven ability to lead on-site engineering teams and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Experience with CAFM systems and producing maintenance reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead engineering representative on site and primary point of contact for engineering matters.
• Build relationships with client and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical/building services systems.
