Job summary

Valoris Group in Swansea is seeking an Electrical Quality Supervisor to oversee electrical installations across solar PV, air source heat pumps, ventilation and other renewables projects. This office-based role involves supervising live works, supporting electricians on-site, and driving compliance, safety and quality across operations.

You will monitor performance, review testing and documentation, and help develop a structured quality assurance approach while maintaining clear reporting to

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Supervisor or in a supervisory role within electrical works.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of domestic electrical systems and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project performance and quality, reporting to management.
• Manage and improve quality assurance systems across installations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and industry regulations (including CDM).
• Oversee project direction, progress, and coordination with on-site teams.
• Conduct installation reviews, certification checks, and inspections.
• Manage testing, inspection, and documentation for electrical works.
• Provide structured feedback to support training and continuous improvement.
