Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Extensive oil and gas or petrochemical sector experience
• Experience with overseas clients and external design houses
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards and best practice

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor electrical engineers and designers, ensuring high standards of technical delivery
• Oversee the development and selection of electrical systems, including control and distribution schemes
• Ensure project deliverables are completed to schedule and within budget
• Prepare, review and maintain electrical engineering design documentation
• Evaluate vendor documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Manage electrical engineering activities within Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects
• Support bid development through the preparation of man-hour estimates and material take-offs
• Carry out engineering analysis, design specification work and procedural development to support successful project delivery
