Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services) in Dudley on a hybrid basis. You will become the technical authority on complex MEP electrical design projects and lead design work across the team.

The role offers a clear leadership pathway, mentoring, chartership support and a CPD programme, with a salary between £50,000 and £70,000 plus a 5–10% KPI bonus and generous holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Building Services Design Engineer.
• Strong MEP design experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Able to progress into leadership and act as technical authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design work for building services.
• Review calculations and drawings, run project meetings, and support team workloads.
• Build strong client relationships and act as main technical contact.
