Triumph Motorcycles, The Original British Motorcycling Company, is seeking a Lead Electrical Component Engineer to join our Electrical & Electronic Systems team and lead the development of electrical and electronic components across current and future motorcycle programs.

As Lead Component Engineer, you will provide technical leadership from concept through to production, working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost and timing targets are achieved, and you

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience delivering electrical and electronic components in a complex engineering environment.
• Experience leading engineers or technical workstreams and stakeholder management.

• Lead component development from concept to production.
