Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our design-led practice. You will take responsibility for delivery across Education projects, working with Associate Directors and Architects to drive schemes from developed design through to technical delivery.

The role offers exposure to major DfE and Higher Education schemes, close collaboration with a senior team, opportunities to mentor juniors, and a supportive, employee-owned environment

Competenze

• Qualified Architect with post-qualification experience in UK architecture.
• Experience delivering education projects (DfE/HE) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project delivery and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proven ability to lead projects through multiple RIBA stages.

Mansioni

• Take responsibility for delivery of architectural projects within a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead projects from developed design through technical design and delivery.
• Coordinate information with architects, technologists, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and project partners throughout the lifecycle.
• Produce and review drawings, specifications and schedules; coordinate planning and construction information.
• Support and mentor junior team members and ensure projects meet programme and budget.
