Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a Principal Ecologist to lead a diverse portfolio of terrestrial ecology projects in Banbury. You will oversee project design, field data collection, monitoring and reporting, and work with multidisciplinary teams to advise clients on ecological design and mitigation.

The role requires senior leadership, excellent communication, and a strong knowledge of UK environmental legislation, with a competitive package and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• MSc in Ecology or related field.
• 10+ years ecological experience with senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of UK environmental legislation.
• Excellent report writing and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities
